BVM Sec-39 Organizes Counselling Session on Anti-Bullying for Senior Students

Keeping in view the emotional well-being of its students, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Sector-39, Ludhiana organized a special Counselling Session on Anti-Bullying for the students of Class XII of all streams.

The session was conducted by the Resource Person, Dr. Navpreet Bhattal, School Psychologist. She sensitized the students about the various forms of bullying, its psychological impact and the importance of fostering empathy, respect and kindness. She emphasized that bullying should never be tolerated and encouraged students to speak up, stand up for others and seek help from trusted adults.

Through interactive discussion, real-life case studies and coping strategies, Dr. Bhattal guided students on how to build resilience, maintain healthy peer relationships and create a safe and inclusive school environment. The session proved to be highly enlightening and empowering for the students.

 Vice-Principal, Mr. Kumar Gaurav, appreciated the initiative and stated that such sessions are imperative for the holistic development of students. He urged the students to be compassionate and responsible and to contribute towards making the school a bully-free zone where every child feels safe, valued and respected .
