80th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATED WITH SPLENDOR AT BVM SEC-39, CHANDIGARH ROAD, LUDHIANA
Saluting the sacrifices of our great freedom fighters and patriots, the 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great splendor and magnificence at BVM Senior Secondary School, Sec-39, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana.
The celebrations commenced with the sacred Deep Prajwalan ceremony and Saraswati Vandana. The occasion was graced by the esteemed members of BVM Trust - Sh. Rajiv Puri, Joint Secretary, BVM Trust , Er. D.D. Sharma, Manager, BVM, Chandigarh Road,and Vice-Principal , Mr.Kumar Gaurav accompanied by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, HOD, Physical Education.
This was followed by the Flag Hoisting ceremony, the honour of which was bestowed upon Mrs. Santosh Ji, Subordinate Staff. The ceremony was accompanied by the National Anthem and Pledge, filling the atmosphere with national pride.
Addressing the gathering, the school orators Ms. Rinki, PGT Sociology and Ms. Anushka Jain, TGT English highlighted the significance of the day. They emphasized the responsibility of teachers as nation builders and the need to instill values and patriotism in the young minds to shape a bright future for the nation.
The Teachers' Choir group mesmerized everyone with a medley of heart-touching patriotic songs, including " Aaye Mere Pyare Watan " which made everyone sway with patriotic emotions and rhythm.
In his words of appreciation, Sh. Rajiv Puri, Joint Secretary, BVM Trust applauded the efforts of Team BVM Sec-39 for organizing such a marvelous event. He said, “We are one family and we achieve our goals and success unitedly, not as individuals. No storm, however powerful, can shatter our mission to soar high and shine.”_
Marking the 150th Anniversary of the National Song, the event concluded with a soulful rendition of 'Vande Mataram' and a floral tribute to the National Flag.
The entire BVM campus resonated with the spirit of unity, pride, and patriotism.
