INTERACTIVE SESSION ON “STUDY SMART STRATEGIES” FOR CLASS VII HELD AT SEC-39
To equip the students with valuable insights on effective learning techniques and smart study habits, B.V.M, Sec-39 organised an interactive session for Class VII. The session was conducted by the school Psychologist, Dr. Navpreet Bhathal. During the session, students were guided on how to study in a more organized and efficient manner rather than relying only on long study hours. Dr. Bhathal emphasized *the importance of time management, goal setting, concentration techniques, regular revision, note-making and maintaining a positive attitude towards studies. Students were also introduced to practical strategies to improve memory, reduce exam stress and stay motivated throughout the academic year.
The session was highly interactive as students actively participated in discussions and shared their study-related challenges. Various real-life examples and engaging activities helped students understand the importance of disciplined study routines and self-confidence in achieving academic success.
Principal, Upasna Modgil expressed her gratitude to Dr. Bhathal and said, “Smart Learning Techniques help students to become confident, focused and independent learners to get academic excellence and also for their overall personality development.”
