A workshop on  *Constructivism Based* *Lesson Planning* was successfully organized at *BVM SEC -39* for teachers with the aim of promoting innovative and learner-centered teaching practices. The session was conducted by *Dr. Sonia Sharma, a distinguished academician, researcher and former school administrator with over 18 years of experience in the field of education.* She highlighted the principles of constructivism, emphasizing that learning is an active process where students construct knowledge through their own experiences.During the workshop, teachers were guided on preparing effective lesson plans that foster critical thinking, collaboration and active participation. Various strategies such as activity-based learning, group discussions, questioning techniques and linking lessons with real-life situations were discussed. The session was interactive and encouraged teachers to reflect on and share their classroom practices. *Principal, Upasna Modgil paid her heartfelt gratitude to the resource person and encouraged the teachers to implement these strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.*
