*MAHA SHIVRATRI CELEBRATED WITH DEVOTION AT BVM SEC-39*

The auspicious festival of *Maha Shivratri* was celebrated with great devotion and spiritual fervour in the school premises. The celebration aimed to enlighten students about the significance of the festival dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The programme commenced with a special morning assembly. *Valina of class IV*  stole the heart with her powerful rendition of *Shiv Tandav Stotram* . Students chanted sacred mantras in praise of Lord Shiva. A brief speech was delivered by *Ms. Sarita *(PGT Dance)* highlighting the importance of Maha Shivratri, which marks the divine marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati and symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and ignorance.
The school campus resonated with positivity and devotion. **Principal,Upasna Modgil in her address encouraged students to imbibe the values of self-discipline, truthfulness and inner strength as taught by Lord Shiva.* The celebration concluded with prayers for peace, prosperity, and well-being of all.
