*BVM Observes Human Rights Day with Resonant Voices and Transformative Reflections* « 10/Dec/2016

*Bhartiya Vidya Mandir (BVM), Sec-39 commemorated Human Rights Day *with an inspiring and intellectually enriching programme on 10 December 2025. The celebration *aimed to deepen students’ understanding of equality, dignity, and the universal values that bind humanity.*

The event commenced with an engaging  activities for Classes I–II, where young learners were introduced to the fundamentals of human rights through warm, age-appropriate storytelling. This was followed by a *compelling Poetry Recitation Competition for Classes IX–XI, *in which students presented evocative *poems centred on justice, freedom, and social harmony. *Their articulate and heartfelt renditions showcased both creativity and conscience.

An enthralling address by Ms Tanika (TGT ) further *illuminated the significance of protecting human rights *in everyday life. Her words underscored compassion, responsibility, and the courage to stand against injustice.

Delivering her message, the *Principal Ms Upasana Modgil, *applauded the students’ enthusiastic participation and stated, “Human Rights are not merely principles written on paper.*Our students must grow into empathetic, fair-minded citizens who value every individual’s dignity.” *Her thoughtful message strengthened the purpose of the day.

The programme concluded with a collective resolve to respect, protect, and promote human dignity. BVM continues to foster awareness, sensitivity, and moral leadership among its learners.
