NATIONAL EDUCATION DAY OBSERVED AT BVM SEC - 39 WITH GREAT ZEAL

To  honor the legacy of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, a Pioneer in Indian Education , the Nation’s First Minister of Education and a great Freedom Fighter of India, National Education Day was celebrated at BVM SEC - 39 on his birth anniversary . The day is an invitation to carry on his legacy by making sure that everyone has access to, and is empowered by education. On the special day, the school organised a variety of events for the students of classes I to VIII such as Poetry based on education, Poster making on theme "Shiksha Ka Mahatav and a presentation was also shown to the students on the topic, " Importance of digital literacy in education". Ms. Bindu ( TGT Sanskrit) gave a  wonderful speech highlighting the history of Maulana 
Abul Kalam Azad’s life, his beliefs in education and his contributions to the society.
Principal, Upasna Modgil while applauding the performances of the students said that by commemorating National Education Day, we hope  to inspire the  students to make significant contributions to society and instill in them a feeling of pride .
