WORLD SCIENCE DAY FOR PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT OBSERVED AT BVM SEC -39

To highlight the importance of science in our daily lives and its role in promoting peace and development around the world BVM SEC -39 celebrated World Science Day for Peace and Development with great zest. Various activities were organised for the students in which the teachers of classes I to II, conducted interactive lectures and showed short informative videos to help young learners understand the importance of science in everyday life. Students of classes III to V showcased their creativity through the "Best Out of Waste" activity and a Poster Making Competition on the theme "Science for Peace", expressing how scientific advancement can promote harmony. Students of classes VI to VIII participated in Model Making and Slogan / Quotes Writing based on the theme "Science for a Sustainable Future" encouraging awareness about the role of science in conserving our planet. Principal, Upasna Modgil appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to continue exploring science with curiosity and purpose.
