As a part of Skill India, a vocational education tour to CENTRAL TOOL ROOM, Ludhiana was organised for the students of +1 & +2 of Commerce Dept. of BVM Sec-39 under the supervision of Ms. Mamta Rooprai and Mr. Sahil Mahajan (Faculty Commerce Dept.), accompanied by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar. Mr. Jagdeep Singh, HOD- CTR and Mr. Anubhav Mehta ( Technical Teaching Grade-3) informed the students about the various, Mechanical and Computer programming machines and tools with practical presentation like- CNC, TOOL AND DYE, COMPUTER PROGRAMMING etc. The students got a vast knowledge about careers options in fields of mechanics. They also got the knowledge about the establishment of small scale entrepreneurship. Principal Upasna Modgil said that skill education besides the routine education can provide a support to the students for financial settlement and security and such educational tour should be the part of school education.
