Baisakhi & Ambedkar Jayanti were celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm at BVM SECTOR-39. The whole ambience of the School was reverberating with the joy of festivity and rejuvenation. A floral tribute was given to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar ji on this day. Discussion on Dr. B.R Ambedkar Ji's life was held by the teachers of classes I & II. Students of classes III to V participated in Slogan writing, Poster making and Declamation related to life history and contribution of Dr. B.R Ambedkar ji to the Nation. A visual treat was served by organising Cultural House Wise Activities including Ramp walk, Folk dance, Folk songs, Giddha, Bhangra, Art and craft work reflecting Punjabi heritage that elevated and galvanised the aura of glee and festivity.
Principal Upasna Modgil motivated the students to follow the visionary thoughts of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and also added that we should celebrate all festivals with great enthusiasm and energy as they keep us in touch with our traditional values.
