BVMITES RESONATED WITH THE ESSENCE OF PATRIOTISM


Saluting the nation and its freedom fighters on the eve of 78th Independence Day,  BVM SEC-39 organised an auspicious and glorious programme under AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV, where glimpses of the glory and freedom struggle of India were presented through a plethora of performances including  patriotic dances, poetic recitations, role plays ,poster making,slogan writing,one act play and  declamations. This rekindled the spirit of nationalism in every heart . Blooming buds of the school lent a rip- roaring flavor when they portrayed themselves as  the great freedom fighters .The students, dressed in the vibrant colours of the nation – green, white and saffron – performed a medley of heart touching  patriotic songs.The anticipation for the Independence Day programme was palpable on the faces of each child.
*Principal, Upasna Modgil while addressing the audience said that Independence Day is  a reminder of the responsibilities we have as citizens of this great nation. As we unfurl the tricolor flag today, let us remember that the true essence of freedom lies in upholding the values of equality, justice, and brotherhood."
