Health and Wellness Week observed from 10th May to 16th May by BVMites with an aim to raise awareness to highlight the significance of good health and well- being. Ms. Paramjeet (Dispensary Incharge) delivered a lecture on Health to make the students aware about the importance of healthy eating habits, adequate rest and personal hygiene. Students of classes I to VIII participated in various activities like doing Yoga Exercises, Meditation, making Posters & Slogans etc. with great zeal and enthusiasm. All students brought healthy food to mark the importance of healthy eating habits. Students of class lX & XI took pledge to keep their mind and bodies healthy.
Principal, Upasna Modgil apprised the students to follow a healthy lifestyle and do yoga exercises to stay fit and active and also to empower their mind by doing meditation to face health issues to lead a happy and healthy life.
