 ROHIT KALIA,  a student of class X of BVM Sen Sec School,Sec-39, Chd Rd, Ldh who has  secured Second  position in Inter School Declamation Competition  on topic- 'Moolya Vihin Shiksha Kya Mehaj Ek Chalaava ?' held at Nehru Sidhant Kendra  in which 19 teams from reputed schools of Ludhiana participated was honoured today with winning shield and certificate by IAS, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana, Mrs Surabhi Malik .
