BVM ,Sec-39 ,Ldh celebrated International Day of Women and girls in Science with great zeal and zest.Ms.Gursharan Kaur (TGT Science) enlightened everyone that how women have earned around half of all science and engineering degrees awarded,they are far less likely than their male counterparts to work in science.Teachers also induced the students how Anandibai Gopalrao Joshi, Rajeshwari Chatterjee,Kalpana Chawla,Marie Curie,Vera Rubin,Rosalind Franklin have led ground - breaking research into scientific technology. Collage making, visiting to science lab, discussion on inventions were also escorted for the students . Principal,Upasna Modgil in her address said that 'Life is not easy for any of us. But we must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and this thing must be attained.'
