DIWALI CELEBRATIONS 14 NOV 2020
 
An occasion to celebrate victory over defeat, light over darkness, awareness over ignorance, an occasion to celebrate life.

BVM ,CHDRD,LDH celebrated 'Festival Of Lights'  and Children's Day on 14th November,2020 with great  enthusiasm and fervour. To mark the Diwali celebrations,   a raft of online activities were organised for the students like Diya and Candles Decoration was held for classes I to II , Murti and Chart Decoration of Laxmi and Ganesha for classes III to V , Toran, Kandeel, Jhoomer making and Decoration for classes VI to VIII , Home and Temple Decoration for classes IX to XII to celebrate the festival with devotion, enthusiasm and excitement.Students displayed their talent by decorating diyas and candles, murti and chart decoration of Laxmi and Ganesha ,Toran ,Kandeel, Jhoomer and home and Temple decorations were the brilliant attractions and appreciated by all.
To make a joyful day for the children , Parents of  classes I to II  arranged funny games for their kids.Parents of classes of III to V showed their kids small religious movie to teach them  values through lives  of Ramayana characters.  Parents of  classes VI to VIII  arranged small parties for kids to have a lot of  fun. Parents of classes IX to XII presented gifts to their kids to express their love and affection.  Students were overwhelmed at the expression of love and care by the parents.
Students  prepared  posters on Clean and Green Diwali and they also  distributed things to the needy and  celebrated Diwali in  old age home and orphanage to make them feel  so special and happy.All BVMites took pledge to celebrate crackers free eco- friendly,clean and green diwali so that this festival brings bright sparkles of joy and happiness in everybody's life. Principal ,Upasna Modgil ,offered her warm wishes to everyone and reiterated that children should celebrate pollution free Diwali in its purest form by lightning lamps and sharing with the  less fortunate.
