Festivity and vibrancy were witnessed as the festival of Teej was celebrated with great cultural and aesthetic gaiety, amidst all ritual and traditional fervor. The little ones dressed in vibrant hues splashed colour of happiness all around. A cultural fest was put forth incorporated with the Inter-House Giddha Competition, in whichSwami Vivekananda House bagged first position. Young enthusiastic students leaning with joy mesmerized the audience with folk songs and the winners were Manyta, Amrita and Avneet. The star attraction of the programme was modeling, the stage was rocked by beautiful mutiyars and gabrus. Shiromani was adjudged Miss Teej,Tanya (1st runner up) & Sanya (2nd runner-up). School campus wore a festive look. Palms were adorned with the eye-catching mehndi designs.
Principal, Upasna Modgil, felicitated the winners and encapsulated that we should feel proud to be Punjabis and leave no stone unturned in keeping the Punjabi heritage alive.
