World Mental Health Day observed « 10/Oct/2024
To make aware the students about psychological and emotional traits' World Mental Health Day was observed with great spirit. Various activities to maintain good mental health like- meditation, mental ability exercises, poster making and acts- showing the bad impact of Bullying, Addiction and Negative Emotions were designed. Awareness regarding to balanced mental health was built through teacher talk.
Principal Upasna Modgil laid emphasis through her words that meditation is the excel to move smoothly the circle of all emotions, feelings, thoughts and actions.
