‘INDIAN AIR FORCE DAY’ CELEBRATED
To honor and acknowledge the relentless service of the INDIAN AIR FORCE, BVM, Chandigarh road, Ludhiana proudly celebrated the 86th anniversary of the ‘BHARTIYA VASU SENA’ legitimately well known on 8th October, 1932. Students took part in the activities exuberantly. Primary wing wore the look of responsible unit of the Air Force, students were attired as Colonel, Commando & Lieutenant to exhibit appreciation for their strength & sacrifices. To elevate the spirit of the day, as Indian Air Force is one of the jewels in the crown of India, a documentary was shown to the students; a scintillating aerobatic display spell bound the spectators. The main objective behind was to make students aware of the fact that IAF has its prime responsibility of securing the Indian Airspace as well as to carry out aerial warfare clash. Rishit, student of +2 Science, threw light on the career aspects in IAF. To enhance the scientific aptitude of the students, an action packed space week started on Monday.
Principal, Upasna Modgil, lauded the performance of the students, & thanked the ‘Guardians of the Sky’ by saluting them as they are our pride & their bravery, commitment & dedication continue to inspire us.
