An enlightening seminar on TRAFFIC RULES AWARENESS was organised by the DISTRICT TRAFFIC POLICE. Expert from Traffic Police, Sh. Manmeet Singh apprised of the students with the traffic signs, signals and speed limit. He actively engaged the students through a Powerpoint presentation, demonstrating how a little negligence could be detrimental. All aspects of traffic norms which are absolutely necessary today for the children’s safety were discussed in the programme. The officials also highlighted the role students can play in preventing road accidents by adhering to traffic rules as a responsible citizen by wearing helmet,never drive beyond prescribed speed limit. The students pledged to abide by the traffic regulations themselves and encourage others to do the same.
Principal Upasna Modgil expressed her heartfelt gratitude and appreciated the selfless endeavours of the District Traffic Police Officials .
