To promote the innovative and effective pedagogy in the classroom and to help teachers to reinvent their teaching methods and make their classes interesting a seminar on Innovative Teaching and learning Methods was organised at BVM SEC-39 Ldh. ,for the teachers,headed by Dr . Narinder Verma, Dean Academics * Finance specialist . He emphasised that the use of innovative methods in education has  the potential to not only  improve education, but also to empower people, strengthen governance and galvanize the effort to achieve the human development goal for the country.He  focused on innovative Methods to be used in the classroom by giving the students a new way to train their skills.   *Project based and flexible teaching ,Careers in wellbeing, Time management ,Education scenario in India ,Bag full of wishes, Our faculty  and Convergence Of Values were the main points  of the workshop. Principal , Upasna Modgil paid her heartfelt gratitude to the resource person and said that the purpose of the education is not only teaching textbooks but it also adds innovative thinking ,creative environment and self sufficiency of the students and for this innovative Teaching techniques are must.
