To recognizes the achievements and innovations of women scientists and highlights their contributions to research, technology and scientific progress International Day for Girls and Women in Science was celebrated enthusiastically at BVM Sec-39 Chd Rd Ldh by organising various activities remarking the value of girls and women in society like  college making, declamation and role play. All the students from I-VIII std. presented their views efficiently about famous women personalities in field of science at national and international level  that made the event lively. 
 Principal Ms Upasna Modgil appreciated the achievements of women with words that girls and women are conquering the all man dominated fields but this number is still very low. Efforts should be made strong to empower them equally with men.
