BVM SEC- 39 commemorated the Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi Ji, The Father of the Nation

The joyous occasion of the birthday of the great  Patriot, 'Mahatma Gandhi Ji' was celebrated at BVM, SEC- 39, LDH with great exuberance. Rohit Kalia of XI Science spoke on various remarkable deeds, tireless efforts, principles and teachings  of Gandhi Ji. Munchkins of Nursery to II paid homage to Bapu Ji by singing song' De Di Hamein Azaadi' which urged all to imbibe good values in life.Under Campaign' Swachhata Hi Seva', Students and their parents participated enthusiastically in Cleanliness Drive" Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta Ek Saath". Documentary was also shown to the students based on the inspiring life and sacrifices that he had made for the freedom of the country. Principal, Upasna Modgil in her address said that Such kind of celebration is a way to make kids aware of India's freedom struggle and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for our better future. To get success in life,  we should strongly abide by the principles of Gandhiji.
