BVMITES pledged for A Peaceful and Developed Scientific World
Highlighting the important role of Science in society and providing a platform for the young scientists with the motto to Infuse scientific temperament in all people of society World Science Day for Peace and Development was observed with great zest and zeal by BVMITES at BVM Senior Secondary School Sector 39 Chandigarh Road Ludhiana . Putting an impressive scientific impact , a string of activities was sorted from 1st to 11th standard .Students of 2nd standard brought to life the characters of great scientists through fancy dress competition . Broadening the understanding of science, a visit was paid to science labs by the students of 10th to 12th standard . Contributions of great scientists were reflected lively through posters and slogans made by students of 11th standard . Gurpreet Makkar of 9th standard exhibited her views on the importance of science in our life . Principal , Upasna Modgil addressed the young minds to be an innovative , creative thinkers and scientists to join their hands together with fruitful inventions for a peaceful and developed world .
