Remembering India's war victory and to pay homage to the martyrs who are the symbol of courage and sacrifice for safeguarding the borders of the country Kargil Vijay Diwas was observed at BVM, Sec-39 with great patriotic fervor and enthusiasm. Under the guidance of Ms.Kirandeep , NCC Cadets performed a series of virtual activities infusing the hearts of all with great pride and respect for the warriors of Indo-Pak war. An inspirational speech of NCC Cadet Kritika Verma of Class VIII filled the entire environ with patriotism. NCC Cadets took pledge to be worthy of the rich heritage of the nation and to devote themselves towards security, sovereignty and prosperity of the nation. NCC Cadets also spotlighted the salutary sacrifices of the soldiers through their paintings. Power point presentation on*No Use Of Plastic made the event informative and enlightening showing that using plastic is very much drastic, avoiding it makes you fantastic.
Principal , Upasna Modgil enthused all to be grateful for the fighters of our all the three defence wings. She further added that the feeling of patriotism should be inculcated at the school level to develop the students in a responsible citizen.
