National Science Day
"The science of today is the technology of tomorrow".
To commemorate the discovery of Raman effect by Sir C.V. Raman, BVM, Sec- 39 celebrated The National Science Day with great zeal and zest. Students of class X and XII enthusiastically participated in virtual Science Quiz Contest organised by their science teachers Ms.Sangeeta, Ms.Dolly, Ms.Rimzim, Ms.Richa and Ms. Avneet Kaur respectively . A group discussion was also held by science teachers *Ms.Anupama and Ms.Gursharan Kaur in which students discussed all the efforts, achievements and implementation of new technology and its feasibility in our daily life. A presentation was also shown on the greatest scientist and Nobel Prize winner and on important Science discoveries. Principal, Ms. Upasna Modgil admired the greatest physicist for his contribution in the field of science and said that this day must be observed with same diligence every year. When the approach of the society becomes scientific in every aspect, growth and prosperity will follow as the outcome.
