A sectarian ambience was created in BVM, Sec- 39,Ldh, on the birth anniversary of Guru Ravidas Ji, founder of the Bhakti Movement, who infused new life and vitality into the Hindu social order at a critical period in history .Ms.Puja Malhotra (PRT) in her speech threw light on the teachings of Guru Ravidas ji based on harmony, equality and compassion, which are Central to India's culture and ethos as well. A documentary on the life and philosophy of Saint Ravidas Ji was also shown to the students on this pious occasion. Principal, Upasna Modgil in her message, said that Guru Ravidas ji emphasized harmony and brotherhood for positive change in society which is still relevant today and his education based on Justice, equality and service will continue to inspire people in every age.
