Webinar on Blended Activity Based Learning For Early Years
An informative webinar was organised by Ms.Sonia Relia,( resource person ,Oxford University Press) for the teachers of BVM,Chd.rd.Ldh, under New Education Policy to enlighten them about innovative strategies to adopt to make their virtual teaching more impressive and effective through playway and interactive methods .She also described that activity based learning is rooted in the common notion that children are active learners rather than passive recipient of the information.If the children are provided an opportunity to explore by their own and an optimum learning environment then the learning becomes joyful and long -lasting.She also exhorted the teachers to have a positive attitude, to prepare weekly lessons, subject updation time to time, less costly and easy resources for children to learn . Principal ,Upasna Modgil,also motivated teachers to adopt new strategies with time management to help their students to excel and achieve their goals in life.
