An enlightening and thought propelling seminar on “Behavioural Issues, Conflict Mgmt, Time Mgmt and Change Mgmt” was organized in B.V.M. Sen.Sec.School, Sec-39, Ldh by Mr. Amitej, Associate Professor, to sensitize the teachers to meet the psychological and educational needs. The objective of the seminar was to enable the teachers to create supportive atmosphere in the class in order to provide remediation to students by identifying their different learning abilities and Behavioural Issues to adapt various teaching strategies. This highly interactive session provided tools and techniques need to manage time and stress proactively and effectively. With various activities the solutions and techniques to identify the potential of the students were shared to make teaching more effective.
