National Girl Child Day
"Little girls with dreams become women with vision"
To increase the awareness among people about all the inequalities faced by the girl child in the society, BVM Sen. Sec. SchoolSec- 39) celebrated National Girl Child Day with great zest and zeal. To enhance the girls' meaningful contribution to the society, little munchkins of classes I and II dressed up into the renowned Indian girls personalities and delivered their dialogues enthusiastically. The luminating stars from classes III to V exhibited their immense creativity by participating in monoact, picture pasting and collage making activities. Students of classes VI to VIII also presented mime and disseminated their message through slogans. Principal, Upasna Modgil, gave the message to the whole community that today is a day to celebrate fortitude and accomplishments of every girl child. On this day let us reaffirm our pledge to end discrimination against our girls and empower them with equal opportunities.
