With an aim to bring awareness on the contributions made by the renowned mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan BVM,CHD.RD. celebrated National Mathematics Day on 22 December, fostering love for the subject, Maths fiesta was held for the learners of classes l to XlI. Students engrossed themselves in plethora of activities organized by the teachers of Mathematics Department such as Math symbols costume,slogan and quote writing, flash card making , Mathematical song, Rangoli,Art Integration,PPT on Mathematician Ramanujan unshuttering the windows to his life and achievements was prepared.Bhumi of Xll (Sci) delivered a speech on Ramanujan's life and his contributions regarding fractions, infinite series, number theory, mathematical analysis etc.set an example in mathematics.
Principal,Upasna Modgil lauded the impeccable efforts made by the students for this day. As it is very crucial to make children learn some of the math tricks and concepts at an early stage to build a strong foundation as Mathematics is the art of giving the same name to different things
