With an objective to eradicate the use of drugs among students, an awareness seminar ‘Against Drug Abuse’ was organised to sensitise the students about this serious issue where in S.H.O, Moti Nagar Police Station, Ludhiana, Sh. Pargat Singh, spoke about the menace and consequences of this deadly habit and taught them how to say no to their peer groups in case they are offered drugs. Besides this, for the luminating future of the students, an interactive session under the topic “CAREER COUNSELLING” was conducted by Mr. Sumit Wason, for the students of class XII. Addressing the session, the resource person laid stress on choosing a right career at the right time and guided the students to opt the courses according to their aptitude and potential without squandering their valuable time and money.
Principal, Upasna Modgil, thanked them for disseminating valuable information and said that by talking openly to their parents about their inner self and interests, students can make the right choice for their career.
