An awareness workshop on ‘TEACHING TECHNIQUES FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS’ to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills to cope up with the special educational needs of the students, was organized. Dr. Niranjan Kumar, from Darpan Center for Autism well explained the different disabilities. The workshop was wholly focused on how to deal with the challenges by using different techniques and strategies as students with exceptional needs demand varied approaches. He shared the effective strategies to monitor the children with autism & to maximize learning, motivation engagement of children & ideas to solve challenging situations.
