A variety of engaging activities, including Healthy Tiffin, declamation, flashcard presentations, slogan writing, and poster making on health awareness, were organised to highlight the importance of healthy habits and overall well-being. Various races were also conducted to promote physical fitness and sportsmanship. These included a 100-metre race for Balvatika students; 200-metre and 400-metre races for Classes III to V; 600-metre and 800-metre races for Classes VI to VIII; and a 1.5-km relay race along with the Run for Health for students of Classes IX to XII.

In the Run for Health, Nihal (Class XII, Non-Medical) secured first position, followed by Tanmay (Class XI, Medical) in second position and Nitin (Class XII, Non-Medical) in third position.
