NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY CELEBRATED WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASM AT BVM SEC-39

To promote scientific temper and highlight the importance of science in everyday life, BVM Sec-39 celebrated National Science Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The celebration commemorated the remarkable discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C. V. Raman and his immense contribution to the field of science.

The Science Department organised a series of engaging activities, including scientific riddles, games, and a PowerPoint presentation showcasing the achievements of the school's young scientists. Teachers actively participated in the activities, demonstrating creativity, curiosity, and scientific thinking. The celebration encouraged participants to explore scientific concepts and appreciate the role of science in everyday life.

The programme was aligned with the 2026 theme, focusing on strengthening scientific awareness, encouraging research-oriented learning, and inspiring students to contribute towards building a progressive and developed India.

Principal Ms. Upasna Modgil addressed the gathering and emphasised that National Science Day serves as a reminder of how science shapes our lives and drives national development. She encouraged everyone to nurture curiosity, embrace innovation, and develop a scientific outlook to contribute meaningfully to society.
