Teaching is a continuous learning process that requires teachers to enhance their knowledge and refine their teaching skills. With this objective, a teacher training workshop on the topic “Discovering One's Potential as a Teacher” was conducted at BVM Sec-39.

Mr. Surya Vivek Narula, Assistant Professor (Verbal Ability) at Lovely Professional University (LPU), an IT expert, mentor and influencer with excellent proficiency in English language and public speaking, graced the occasion as the resource person.

The interactive session introduced teachers to innovative teaching methodologies that extend beyond conventional classroom practices. It emphasised creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable sharing their views, asking questions and developing innovative ideas. The session encouraged teachers to engage students in active learning rather than relying solely on passive teaching methods.
