Honouring the indomitable courage and supreme sacrifices made by our valiant armed forces personnel for defending the motherland, BVM CHDRD organised an ocean of activities to commemorate National Armed Forces Day. The remarkable day commenced with an oath taken by all along with NCC cadets to uphold integrity and unity of nation with dedication followed by a rally taken out by NCC cadets promoting cleanliness in the vicinity of the school and set an example plogging all by picking up litter and educated people upon the need to make this activity a part of their routine. An eye opening documentary revealing the significance of the day and the vital role of armed forces was shown. Melodious patriotic group song ignited the patriotic feeling of everyone present students exhibited their solidarity and support for armed forces by flaunting their patriotism in slogan writing and pasting flag on faces with pride.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Upasna Modgil said we are indebted to them for their relentless service for protecting the sovereignty and securing our lives against all threats.
